Custom Hot tub delivery and install

One customer in Avalon wanted their hot tub installed inside of a 3rd floor rooftop deck. So we had a crane lift the tub to its final location 3 floors up overlooking both the ocean and back bay. Another customer wanted their hot tub placed half way inside the deck.

Pool levelling project

This particular pool had popped out of the ground 3" in the deep end when a company improperly drained the pool to paint the surface. Another company attempted to repair the tile and coping without levelling the top of the pool. The broken lines were run across the surface of the deck to circulate the water causing a tripping hazard. At the request of the condo association, we repaired the structural issues and safety hazards immediately. The final aesthetics are scheduled to be started Spring 2012.

Stage 1: We removed the deck behind the coping, drilled new lines into the wall and connected the plumbing through the wall under the ground. The top of the pool was levelled and new tile and coping were installed.
 
Stage 2: Coming Soon Spring 2012. The pool is scheduled to be drained, sand blasted and plastering with Sunstone colored plaster. Check back this spring for final pictures
